Guy William Haarlammert – Owner, CEO
Guy’s career started in 1976 while attending Long Beach State University as a business major, while at the same time also working as a machinist programming and operating CNC machines. From 1980 until Cal Tech Precision was founded in 1998, Guy held a variety of management positions at various aerospace and manufacturing companies. During that time he participated in LEAN training at Boeing, Northrop. Cal Tech Precision forged strong relationships with prime aerospace companies that are still in place today.

Jim Haynie – V.P. Marketing & Sales
Jim graduated from Claremont Men’s College in 1982 with a BA in Economics and since then has continued his education with certificate programs in Contract Administration and Government Contracting. Previous industry career positions included Operations Planning and Control Analyst and Vice President Contract/Sales with an emphasis on Corporate Marketing and Strategic Planning. He is one of the original partner/owners participating in all aspects of the start-up and expansion.

Omar Khan – Director of Quality

Nick Montilepre – Director of Operations and Manufacturing
Nick and Guy both worked at Acromil and they have worked together for almost 15 years. Nick was one of the key team members who helped to rebuild Cal Tech Precision. He is known throughout the aerospace industry from his many positions such as Plant Manager and Director of Manufacturing. With this experience he is able to produce prototype parts from exotic metals.

Ben Sexton – V.P. Finance/Production Control Manager
Ben received a BBA with a concentration in accounting from the University of Miami. Prior to joining Cal Tech Precision in 2010, he was a Vice President at Kerlin Capital Group, a Los Angeles-based investment bank with a focus on mid-market M&A and capital raising for manufacturing companies including the aerospace & defense sector. His expertise includes financial modeling, budgeting and the analysis and implementation of strategic planning initiatives. As Vice President of Finance, Ben is responsible for the general oversight of monthly and annual financial statements as well as review of credit agreements.
